Women of the Wasatch is a Utah-based, volunteer-led, 501(c)3 non-profit and running community for women, LGTBQ+, BIPOC, and allies. We seek to build connection and encourage everyone to take to the trails.

rnnr began while we were racing a trail Marathon along the Colorado River. Instead of focusing on our finish time, we found ourselves FaceTiming friends so they could come with us through the insane scenery, high-fiving the ‘Serious’ runners as they blew past us, and hanging out with the aid-station peeps. This race will go down as one of our best because it was then that we realized, THIS is why we run, we’re just Chasing Good Times!

If you can keep your stomach together, you can likely keep your run together, and getting nutrition has been behind some of the top performances in the endurance world – whether winning major races or simply setting some stout times on local trails.
High-carb gets results, but we needed those high doses without sacrificing sodium content. In the beginning, we frankensteined our own blends from other brands, experimented in the kitchen with an array of white powders, and finally created something we wanted to carry ourselves.
