Tommie Runz
Tommie Runz is a storyteller, endurance athlete, and community builder who uses movement, both physical and cultural, to inspire purpose and connection. After transforming his life through sobriety and running, Tommie has completed 16 marathons and recently became the only OG Route finisher of The Speed Project’s solo 340-mile run from Los Angeles to Las Vegas.
As the host of The Tommie Runz Show and co-creator of PR Project, Tommie brings culture, conversation, and authenticity to the running space through live events, digital content, and community-driven storytelling. His message is clear: endurance isn’t just about finishing a race, it’s about the courage to keep going, especially when it’s hard.
Tommie has collaborated with brands like adidas, Nike, Puma, and more to elevate narratives that often go unheard; amplifying voices, journeys, and stories that fuel a broader movement. His mission is simple: create, connect, and keep showing up with purpose in every step.
