Tara Shick

Tara Shick is the Director of Outdoor at On, with 15 years of Product Management experience in the footwear industry. She's worked across a wide range of product categories from Innovation, to Trail Running, to Road, Hiking, as well as lifestyle. She is deeply passionate about solving athletes' needs, from the basics to the seemingly impossible. She holds a Master's Degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of San Diego, where she grew up. While born at the beach, she has always had a love for the mountains over the sea. She currently lives in Zurich, Switzerland with her son, dog, and husband.
