He currently oversees global trail running operations, managing logistics, personnel, and strategic growth for the UTMB World Series. Known for his sharp judgment under pressure, deep operational expertise, and commitment to athlete satisfaction, Paul’s influence spans decades of triathlon, mountain biking, and trail running history. He’s also the author of several endurance sport guides and still thrives on the trail—just at a slower pace these days, but with greater joy.
