Natacha Manchado

15+ years passionately managing sports projects within national and international organisations, including roles at Rio 2016 Organising Committee, International Paralympic Committee, and other National and International Federations, including World Athletics and Brazilian Surfing Federation. Driven by my passion about sports and by a commitment to advance social impact, in 2022 I successfully concluded my master thesis on gender equity in sports leadership, exploring policies to enhance women at the top-level management of sports organisations.
