Monica DeVreese

Monica DeVreese has spent her career living and breathing running. It started with 9th-grade cross-country and never stopped, leading her from owning Santa Barbara Running Co. to senior leadership roles with major footwear and outdoor brands, and ultimately to co-founding rabbit, the California-based, female-founded performance running brand she helped build from the ground up. At rabbit, Monica leads with the belief that running belongs to everyone, and that philosophy shapes everything the brand does, from the apparel and footwear it designs to the community it cultivates. Away from the office, you'll find her on the trails, competing in ultras, cheering friends through their own journeys, and doing whatever it takes to get more people out there and experiencing the joy of this sport, whether they're taking their first steps or toeing their first starting line.
