Mike Leone is the Director of Trail Running for UTMB North America. He stepped into the role in early 2025 after being closely involved with UTMB since North America began producing events in 2022. Prior to UTMB, Mike spent over a decade in the endurance industry as an Operations Director, leading events across multiple disciplines and every area of event operations. His focus today is on building high-quality trail running experiences and growing the sport across North America.
