Matteo Bramani

Matteo Bramani is the Managing Director of Vibram Corporation (USA), and Director of Vibram Japan. He represents the fourth generation of the Bramani family behind the Vibram brand. Raised in the outdoor and footwear industry, he developed his academic foundation in Milan Italy before moving to the United States to complete his university studies. Driven by a strong interest in Asia and the study of Mandarin, he lived and worked in Shanghai for a year. In 2016, he graduated from Boston and began his professional career at Ferrari North America as Project Manager. He fully joined Vibram Group in 2018 as a Business Developer, taking on international commercial and brand initiatives across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. In 2024, he earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. He later relocated to Tokyo as Director of Vibram Japan before assuming his current role leading the U.S. subsidiary. He actively practices a range of outdoor sports, from the mountains to the sea. His diverse background shapes his commitment to the company’s long-term evolution, with close attention to new generations, innovation, environmental responsibility, and the development of Outdoor in new markets.
